Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing The Skin Care Center at Gulf Coast Plastic Surgery. We are honored that you have placed your trust in us. When you schedule an appointment with The Skin Care Center, we set aside enough time to provide you with the highest quality care.

Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact our office as soon as possible and no later than 24 hours before your appointment.

Any of the following scenarios will result in a $75 fee:

  • Calling later than 24 hours to cancel OR reschedule an appointment.
  • No showing a scheduled appointment.
  • Arriving 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time.

*ALL PATIENTS ARE ALLOWED ONE SAME DAY CANCELLATION WITHOUT PENALTY IN THE EVENT OF AN ILLNESS OR AN EMERGENCY ONLY*

When scheduling your appointment, we will request a credit or debit card number to be placed on file exclusively for the cancellation policy . If any of the scenarios listed above occur, your card will be charged the $75 fee.

You will be required to pay a $75 deposit at the time of booking for Saturday appointments. This deposit will be applied to the cost of the procedure. Your deposit will be non-refundable if any of the scenarios listed above occur.

For appointments longer than 1 hour, a 10% deposit will be taken. This deposit will be applied to the cost of the procedure. Your deposit will be non-refundable if any of the scenarios listed above occur.

As a courtesy, we will confirm your appointment and send reminders via text and phone calls. Please note that you can also leave us a voicemail if it is after normal business hours and you need to confirm, cancel, or reschedule your scheduled appointment while still giving 24-hour notice.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please call our office at 850-476-3223 at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund of your consultation fee if paid at the time of booking. If the consultation was not paid/charged at the time of booking, the card on file will be charged. If no card on file or card fails to charge, a bill will be created in our system for payment in full. We must receive confirmation from you to avoid appointment cancellation at least 24 hours before. If your appointment is on a Monday, you MUST call the Friday before to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid being charged the fee.
