"I had my Abdominoplasty with Dr Butler on September 4. Surgical staff and Dr Butler were all wonderful. I felt very well taken care of and I felt like any concerns I had were met with care. Dr Butler is the utmost professional. For me, my recovery has been pretty smooth. I have not had any complications. I have followed the instructions I was given and seem to be right on track. I’ve had two postop appointments, I wasn’t left to wait once I checked in. I was seen promptly both times. I was in and out of the office in no time at all. "Loved having appointment at Gulf Coast Plastic Surgery. Dr. Patterson was very wonderful in explaining everything to me and answering any and all of the questions I had. He also told very very detailed information about all options available and any risks with it, which was mostly none. He was very professional and helpful. I had liposuction in mind for breast enlargement, but since I am very lean, Dr. Patterson suggested the implants for a better results. Although I was scared of implants due to the bad verbiage it has online, Dr. Patterson explained the myths and made me feel very comfortable and at ease. At the end of the appointment I have changed my mind and decided to get implants instead. Thanks to so much detailed information and feedback from Dr. Patterson. His staff was also very friendly and helpful. Overall my visit was great and I walked out relaxed and curtain about the upcoming procedure. Don’t read the internet on those procedures, it will scare you off, go to Dr. Patterson who will debunk all myths and tell you everything to make your mind at ease and your options open. "Consultation review: breast reconstruction/reduction paired with tummy tuck - Being an 8 year Breast Cancer survivor I have been hesitant about doing anything to my breasts, however after taking my fitness journey to the next level I have done much research and have opted for Breast reconstuction/reduction paired with a tummy tuck. Dr. Leveques staff has been superb. Ginny has been amazing with scheduling as well as a few insurance hiccups. Dr. Leveque took time with me, giving me realistic expectation and taking the time to answer all of my questions including my ridiculous ones! My surgery is scheduled for the end of February and I am anxiously waiting to get this done. Will update post op!"

"I am 7 weeks post op from an abdominoplasty and mastopexy performed by Dr. Patterson and his great surgical team. I cant say enough positive things from my initial consult to the post op care received weeks after the surgery. One important thing that Dr. Patterson shared with me in my consultation was the importance of allowing myself to heal. I knew this would be the most difficult part, but i listened to his advice and i am pleased with how my body has healed. I knew going in to the surgery that i would miss a lot of fun summer gatherings ( including pool parties and beach events) but i know i would not be experiencing the excellent results if i didnt listen to his advice. "Extremely happy - it should only look better after swelling goes down - Dr. Leveque is fantastic at her craft. I went for consult a year before surgery. Had to reschedule 2x due to work and getting COVID. Not once, in dealing with her or staff, did I feel uncomfortable due to not being my ideal weight. She said she could make me happy as I am or I could continue on my weight loss journey first. I’ve had 3 c-sections and wanted the extra saggy skin off. She did Tt, muscle repair, lipo to back & flanks, and cut fat ball out of right underarm. I’m extremely happy with results and I’m 2 weeks post-op so it should only look better after swelling goes down. She’s a thin Dr., I thought she would criticize my weight beforehand but she never did. I highly recommend her, her staff, and the experience. I plan on an arm lift with her in the future."
"The minute I heard Dr Leveque speak at a conference I knew she was my dr. I had several consultations with drs in the past but she was very educated & I could tell she took her job seriously. She’s easy to speak with, answers any questions you have without being in a hurry to get on to the next patient. She was very thorough & patient with helping me decide on implant size even though it took me 2 visits to decide. She explained everything to expect for surgery beforehand. I’ve had EXCELLENT results with my mommy makeover! The night after my surgery I was vomiting & the meds she prescribed initially for nausea didn’t work. I called the 24 hour number at 11pm on a Saturday & spoke directly with her! She was very patient & called me in a different prescription right away! She’s such a wonderful doctor in my experience & I’d recommend her to anyone! The entire office staff is also very sweet!"

"This was my gift to myself for turning the big 50 this year - I went for a consultation with Dr. Leveque in October 2019 and I had complete confidence in her from the beginning, she also knew I was on a timeline crunch before my first grand baby was due March 1, 2020. She not only scheduled me right on time, but she took a day off to do the surgery that she normally wouldn't have due to it being a normal family event for her family so I could be completely healed from start to finish so I could hold my new grand baby with ease and be completely healed from the tummy tuck.My grand baby was born at the end of February so it was perfect timing! She has made me feel at ease from the beginning. She is extremely professional and has answered any questions I have had even though I've asked some several times just for reassurance that I really understood her correctly. The entire staff have been super friendly and helpful. I am three months post op now from the original surgery and though my stomach is still swollen some, there is a HUGE difference. She said it could take up to a year for the final results.After a c-section and V-bac I knew I needed a tummy tuck and I've always hated my hips even at my smallest weight, they were always HUGE. I would say "they had their own zip code" they were so un-proportioned to my body and very unflattering. After the tummy tuck with lipo on my hips and outer things, I had "dog ears" because she had so much work to do to even everything out, she had me come back in for a revision because she knew they weren't going to go away on their own, she was able to do that right in the office.It's been 5 weeks since my dog ear revision and I'm pleased to say things are looking better every day. I know the swelling will go away now and am starting to see the shape I desired on my hips. I'm very very pleased with my tummy tuck and with the process. "30yo, Mom of 3, Lipo Abs/Flanks - Had my first consultation today after reading all of the reviews you all have posted. Looks like I'm a good candidate for Power Assisted Liposuction on my upper/lower abdomen and my flanks. I'm over the moon with excitement. No matter what weight I've been my stomach has always been disproportionately larger and I've felt uncomfortable in form-fitting tops, skirts, and dresses. Now to schedule- it will done done outpatient under general anesthesia.Updated on 13 Feb 2020:Here’s my before pics. 5’4, 154lbs. Lipo on flanks, upper/lower abdomen. Updated on 14 Feb 2020:Went well- 2600cc’s removed. Abdominal binder on now, pain pills in the system, and resting :)Updated on 16 Feb 2020:I got to take off the compression band from surgery that was killing me (the middle was cutting me in half). I had put off having this procedure done but, after my consultation with him, I was confident that I had found the right surgeon to do the job. I'm diabetic and he really took that into consideration, explaining the importance of keeping my blood sugar under control to ensure that the healing process was successful. He removed 7+ pounds of fat and excess skin from my upper arms and I feel and look like a new woman, even if I am 70 years old! "I would not hesitate to have to have this full tummy tuck again because I got such amazing results. - The first impression of any office is the front office staff. They are all so thoughtful and accommodating. I first saw Dr Butler at an informational seminar and his staff scheduled me for a consultation within 2 days. I wanted a full tummy tuck. The consultation with Dr Butler was not rushed and he answered all my questions. He has a wonderful bedside manner and personality. I made my decision within the same week and got surgery scheduled within 3 weeks, which was to work around my schedule. Pain is a relative thing, individualized to each person but the pain I experienced wasn't nothing like I expected. By week 2 I was virtually pain free. I was prepared for a possible living hell but it was not to be. The surgery went well, follow up appointments went smoothly. I had been counseled on the pain, medication, what to expect, and how I should be taking medication. The first week I took medication regularly as ordered and did not need any additional medication. The second week I didn't need any narcotic medication, if I needed anything I took Tylenol. I was amazed that pain for such an extensive surgery was not an issue. My results are so amazing I look half the size I was before.Rule #1DO WHAT THE DOCTOR INSTRUCTS YOU TO DO, you half to lay around and do nothing as directed by the doctor. Rule #2 WEAR YOUR BINDER. Do this and you will have a good experience and results."
"Thrilled with this experience. - I had breast reduction and liposuction of the sides and hips. I am ABSOLUTELY thrilled with my results! I knew I was going to have breast reduction but during my consultation with Dr. Butler I also asked about including liposuction. Dr. Butler was very honest and open with me about both procedures and did not pressure me into including the liposuction. I love the results from the breast reduction and I am very happy I decided to include the liposuction. The smaller size is perfect for me and the liposuction smoothed everything out! I am thrilled with the results. I am also amazed with everything that was done how minimal the scaring is. The scars around the areola and front of the breast are minimal and as I continue with recovery they become less and less noticeable. My only regret is that I didn't have this procedure sooner!!! Dr. Butler and his staff are amazing. His staff is friendly and very professional. They never hesitated to take or return my calls when I had questions or concerns both before and after surgery. I saw Dr. Butler at each of my follow up visits and he always reiterated that if I had any questions or problems to immediately call his office and if necessary they would schedule me an appointment with him on the day of the call. "Amazing experience - don't go anywhere else - I had a tummy tuck, liposuction, breast lift and augmentation with Dr. Butler in November 2017. I had heard good things about him from friends getting reconstruction after breast cancer, and decided to interview him. I had interviewed two other plastic surgeons in my area before him, and done extensive research, so I walked in with an hour's long list of questions. He took the time to answer each and every one. Further, he addressed my concerns before I even brought them to his attention. Once surgery day came, and in those days following, I can't say enough great things about him and his staff. They made my experience as comfortable as possible, and were incredibly safe in their practices. I would not hesitate to refer friends and family to him. I traveled out of my home area an hour and a half each way to have surgery with Dr. Butler and would do it again. Dr. Butler was happy to answer my questions any time as well, I even called him on a weekend after a holiday, and he was just as cheerful and upbeat as he is every time you see him in the office. I feel completely comfortable with the staff. If I could give them 100 stars I would. Dr. Butler is very experienced and knowledgeable. Don't trust your safety to anyone else!"

"46 Y/o Tummy Tuck W/muscle Repair, Breast Lift with Implants. - Childbirth and fluctuating weight over the years have taken a toll. I could never get rid of the apron/overhang that I've had since I I had my son. No amount if exercise would eliminate the overhang. I am not at my ideal weight but I'm seeing more and more plus size women having these procedures (with great results) so I decided not to wait. I am 5"5 and weighed 203 on the morning of surgery. Ideally (for me) I'll get down to 175-180 which is a 10/11 for me. I was initially going to get just a TT but decided to go for it and do the full Mommy Makeover. My PS (Dr. Jocelyn Leveque) wasn't sure whether she would do Lipo or not and that was left open as an option. She told me that she felt I could and would get a great result. I had 2 consultations and a preop appointment. Dr Leveque and her staff are great. She does her surgeries at Gulf Breeze hospital. My surgery went well and my recovery started well. I prepared by getting any and everything I felt would help make me more comfortable during my recovery. My surgery was on a Thursday and I went in at 6am and had surgery from 7:30 to 12noon and then to recovery and discharged by 2pm. I spoke with a nurse the day of my F/u appointment, Tuesday , 2/14, and asked if I could take off my compression hose. She said yes and I did. My appointment went fine -- I got to change binders and that felt great. As the week progressed one of my thighs started feeling weird (sore, weak , tender, warm). It didn't HURT but just felt weird. After noticing this a couple of days I mentioned it to my mom on Friday 2/17 and she asked me to call my PS about it. I did and one of the nurses scheduled me for an ultrasound where they determined I have DVTs (blood clots) in my left thigh. I spent the night in the hospital (got lovenox injections and left the next day with a prescription for Xoralto). I followed up with my primary care doctor and will be on Xoralto for six months. I was concerned about the length of the healing process at the age of 56 and assumed it would take me a little longer. I also thought the pain level would be unbearable. I suggest to anyone prior to surgery to look up the care of drainage tubes after surgery on UTube which I was terrified of until I saw a girl demonstrate the post op procedure. When I woke up from my abdominoplasty I was in a compression garment with a drainage tube on the left and right side of the incision. My post op pain level was surprisingly low which I think was contributed to the skill of the surgeon. It is very important to go into this type of surgery knowing that afterwards that the less you do the less swelling you will have and the speedier you recovery will be. Don't forget ice, ice and then more ice. It will become your best friend. You may want to prepare something to occupy the time such as reading a good book and getting some really good movies to watch for the first two weeks of healing. You will need help especially if you have small children. It's imperative to stay off your feet for the healing and swelling process. I've had a remarkable speedy recovery because I kept standing and walking at a minimum for those first two weeks . Prior to surgery make sure you have at home plenty of ice, ice packs or refreezable gel packs. After two weeks both my drainage tubes were out, not in the same day and my stitches were out. The third post op week I started doing a little more but not over doing it and still using ice. So far, my recovery has been quick and the swelling to a minimum. Expect a significant amount of swelling to go down in about 8 weeks and the residual to take up to a year. I'm 3 weeks post op and have 5 more weeks . The third week I've noticed a remarkable difference each day. Just have patience with your body. Before and after pictures will be following about mid May. Like they say, a picture speaks a thousand words.Updated on 16 Mar 2020:Still have flat tummy and it's never been flat. I was terrified. For one thing I had to hurdle no more nicotine. After surgery give yourself time for the swelling to go down.I thought the drainage tubes would be a nightmare so I had someone initially do it but after the second or third day I started doing it myself because it was not a big deal."
