"2 days post op today and am so excited to see myself after I heal because what I can see now I love! Dr. Butler, his nurses, and the entire staff I came into contact with at Gulf Coast Plastic Surgery was AMAZING! During my consultant Dr. Butler was very professional but also funny. He explained everything so well for what to expect and listened to every word and question I had to say. I knew he was the perfect match to do my surgery. My pre-op appointment went smoothly as well. Everyone is just so professional and nice. Day of surgery all the nurses who prepped me were very good about telling me exactly what they were doing and how things were going to work. Dr. Butler came to see me and talk to me before surgery as well. My mom came with me and the staff was so amazing by checking in with her 3x during my surgery to let her know how it was going. The surgery went flawless! A nurse called me 1 day post op to check in on me and then I just had my 2 day post op appointment this morning where they removed all the dressings and looked over my incisions making sure all was good. I finally got to see my body (I got a tummy tuck and breast lift) and despite being swollen and staples in I am so excited for my healing journey as I am already impressed with my results. During the consult, he took his time and thoroughly explained processes - answering the majority of my questions prior to them even being asked. He is confident and capable while also ensuring you understand this is a partnership and you will need to do your part as well by following his post op protocol to heal. *Get him to use the sausage analogy and I promise you’ll be serious about resting in recovery.* On the day of pre op, I met his nurse, Amy, and she is excellent at what she does. Prior to Dr. Butler coming in, she walked me through my paperwork, answered more questions, and made me feel even more confident in his staff. She has been a delight to work with. I have no doubt I can reach out to her and she will respond. While Amy is who I’ve mostly worked with, Wendy, RN, is also very pleasant. The surgery center is beautiful, and the nurses Peyton and Mallory were attentive to every detail - ensuring to follow protocols for 2-patient identifiers even though I was the first case and only patient there at the time. They made me feel relaxed and again proved to me the excellent team Dr. Butler has with him. Elizabeth, his NP, met me on the day of surgery and was at my 2-day follow up. She took her time, ensuring to ask a lot of questions about how my post op was going, and to explain what my next appointment would be like. I left knowing once again I was in excellent hands. The decision to have surgery was not one I took lightly. I had three procedures done at once, so safety was my number one priority when deciding who I would use. While the end result obviously is very important, the fact is I wanted a surgeon who has excellent outcomes in all areas. From my first interaction, when calling to schedule a consult, to now post surgery, Dr. Butler and the staff at Gulf Coast Plastic Surgery have shown that excellence in all areas is something they do day in and day out. The previous filler Dr. Butler done on the tip of my nose had lasted right around 2 years. So we touched that up and the bump. I have had 2 septoplasty surgeries and should have just done the rhino on the last one. I have lost cartlidge in the tip of my nose and it's slightly bumpy. The tip of my nose had become more noticeable over the years more than anything. While filler is a temporary fix till I do surgery... I'm extremely pleased! Thank you again."

"Had him switch my implant to a large implant vs the original medium one - I had both upper and lower lip implant 8 yrs ago .. unfortunately my top implant shifted over time to my right side due to the left pocket closing and corner was exposed inside my mouth ( i contribute the issue talking to much and chewing to early on) this go around not talking/ staying on pouch baby food for 3 weeks to ensure pocket anchors down my upper lip implant .. I did have him switch my implant to a large implant vs the original medium one I had from my first surgery .. I also bought the full recovery support kit to prep my body beforehand and afterwards .. had pain the day of surgery took meds and just throbbing today .. i will get threads to finish off my lips once healed up in 4 weeksUpdated on 1 Dec 2022:Dr Butler did an awesome job fixing my upper lip .. he removed the medium implant .. recreated the left pocket and inserted the large implant in place .. this time I did in his office vs the hospital .. had 1/2 of a happy pill-lorazepam /1/2 pill oxycodone 325mcg/1 promethxine 25mg.. I do get anxiety about procedures but I also don’t like scripts so I took bare minimum and it worked for me vs the full amount indicated on my scripts .. the promethazine only one I felt comfortable taking recommended dosage ( prevent throwing up / nausea) .. the recovery kit I started 2 weeks out really works great and continues to give the body what it needs during the healing process .. I always buy it before any surgical procedure and have great results .. I’m on baby food for the nect 3-4 weeks to ensure minimal movement of my lip and use a squirt bottle for water to squirt in my mouth .. I don’t work so I’m just relaxing at home but anxious to get in the gym hopefully next week w light working out"

Looks like I'm a good candidate for Power Assisted Liposuction on my upper/lower abdomen and my flanks. I'm over the moon with excitement. "Positively happy with my breast implant removal results - I had 19-year old breast implants removed by Dr Butler. I didn't have any medical issues with the implants. I just wanted them removed. All went very well with the removal. It's about 2 months since the removal and I'm very pleased with the outcome. "I would not hesitate to have to have this full tummy tuck again because I got such amazing results. - The first impression of any office is the front office staff. They are all so thoughtful and accommodating. I first saw Dr Butler at an informational seminar and his staff scheduled me for a consultation within 2 days. I wanted a full tummy tuck. The consultation with Dr Butler was not rushed and he answered all my questions. He has a wonderful bedside manner and personality. I made my decision within the same week and got surgery scheduled within 3 weeks, which was to work around my schedule. I knew I was going to have breast reduction but during my consultation with Dr. Butler I also asked about including liposuction. "65 Year Old Woman Feels She Needs a Face Lift - At my first appointment with Dr. Butler he asked me why I was in his Office so I proceeded to tell him that I was avoiding mirrors as I felt they all made me look like I was 80 years old. Dr. Butler and I discussed a Face Lift and I said that my hairdresser had advised me against having my forehead lifted, Dr. Butler was open to that comment and didn't say he thought I should get that done. I'm worried about going to small or too big. I have basically nothing to start with, PS says I'm about 90% implant now. I like a large natural look, would like to be a full D. Looking at Inspira 450, or 485cc. Maybe Mod. profile or just the regular silcone, not inspira. I have a wide BWD at about 14-14.5 which I think is wide for my size. I want more fullness at the top and to close the large gap up. When I lay down the implants are under my arms and I'm complelty flat. I have great side boob but thats it. I was looking at 450 or 485 so I'm panicking at the 500 number but he assured me it will be fine. I tried on sizers for 450 and they didn't look much different than my 300cc I have now. So we tired on 550cc and they were too big, so we are going middle of the road. Because they are to the side he will go in and cauterize the pockets to bring them closer together. Mine are very wide set so my goal is more cleavage and fuller upper pole. I asked about the Inspira but with the look I want which is a large natural look, the inspira maybe too full for that. My stomach protruded out in the mid section and it never seemed to flatten no matter how much I exercised. The surgery went very well. The recovery was not that bad, I was never in a lot of pain. The worst part was having the drainage tubes in for three weeks. I think my procedure was well worth it and Dr. Butler has made me look great!"
