"Had absolutely the best experience with Dr. Butler and his entire staff from consult to surgery follow-up. I have been thinking about a breast implant revision for about 10 years and have had my implants for 20 plus years. I’ve not been happy with the heaviness and neck and shoulder pain from the added weight of the implants. Dr. Butler was able to exchange to a significantly smaller implant while avoiding the need for a lift. I didn’t know if this was possible, but he was able to find the perfect implant size to accomplish this and I already feel a huge relief in my shoulders and neck. I also look very natural, which is something I could never say with my implants before. I’m thankful I found Dr. Butler and would recommend him to anyone considering an exchange."

"Wow, this has been a great experience considering my extreme encapsulation and leakage in one implant. This was not an easy operation removing "goo" from my breast tissue. I will probably have to do some fat transfers, but my situation was an extreme situation. Dr. Butler and his staff are warm and caring, which makes a huge difference nowadays! "A true gem - nipple sparing, prophylactic bilateral mastectomy - April of last year I had a nipple sparing prophylactic bilateral mastectomy. The process was hard and at times emotionally draining, but having Dr Butler and his team by my side made things that much easier. The process of reconstruction is ongoing, but worth it.Why do I consider Dr Butler a gem?1) During this process I lost my Aunt to breast cancer and Dr Butler was empathetic and emotionally supportive.2) Everytime my little one had a question he would patiently answer her. His interaction with her was genuine. (Triple bonus points). Putting up with my husband (golden bonus points).3) When I was in PACU in severe pain post mastectomy he addressed it properly and within a timely manner.4) Dr Butler not only cares about your physical recovery, but also your emotional recovery.5) I have had three procedures throughout this process and not one infection. (Bonus points)My breast look natural and at thirty-eight years old, if I had to do it again to prevent breast cancer I would do it all over again a million times with Dr. Butler. Tabitha and Jess are amazing and compassionate as well. As a multiracial woman, I felt acknowledged and sincerely cared for.Thank you Dr Butler and staff!"

"Had him switch my implant to a large implant vs the original medium one - I had both upper and lower lip implant 8 yrs ago .. unfortunately my top implant shifted over time to my right side due to the left pocket closing and corner was exposed inside my mouth ( i contribute the issue talking to much and chewing to early on) this go around not talking/ staying on pouch baby food for 3 weeks to ensure pocket anchors down my upper lip implant .. I did have him switch my implant to a large implant vs the original medium one I had from my first surgery .. I also bought the full recovery support kit to prep my body beforehand and afterwards .. had pain the day of surgery took meds and just throbbing today .. i will get threads to finish off my lips once healed up in 4 weeksUpdated on 1 Dec 2022:Dr Butler did an awesome job fixing my upper lip .. he removed the medium implant .. recreated the left pocket and inserted the large implant in place .. this time I did in his office vs the hospital .. had 1/2 of a happy pill-lorazepam /1/2 pill oxycodone 325mcg/1 promethxine 25mg.. I do get anxiety about procedures but I also don’t like scripts so I took bare minimum and it worked for me vs the full amount indicated on my scripts .. the promethazine only one I felt comfortable taking recommended dosage ( prevent throwing up / nausea) .. the recovery kit I started 2 weeks out really works great and continues to give the body what it needs during the healing process .. I always buy it before any surgical procedure and have great results .. I’m on baby food for the nect 3-4 weeks to ensure minimal movement of my lip and use a squirt bottle for water to squirt in my mouth .. I don’t work so I’m just relaxing at home but anxious to get in the gym hopefully next week w light working out"

"If I could leave 10 stars I would....This was my first ever surgery and I had no idea what to expect. My surgery itself was a breeze and my recovery was better than expected only because Dr. Butler had me so well prepared. We consulted over my size goals and I absolutely love how they turned out. (I went from a 32 A and ended up as a 32 D) I know everyone is different in their recovery, but I had no issues in mine as far as everything felt back as normal and my scar is extremely unnoticeable. "I would not hesitate to have to have this full tummy tuck again because I got such amazing results. - The first impression of any office is the front office staff. They are all so thoughtful and accommodating. I first saw Dr Butler at an informational seminar and his staff scheduled me for a consultation within 2 days. I wanted a full tummy tuck. The consultation with Dr Butler was not rushed and he answered all my questions. He has a wonderful bedside manner and personality. I made my decision within the same week and got surgery scheduled within 3 weeks, which was to work around my schedule. Pain is a relative thing, individualized to each person but the pain I experienced wasn't nothing like I expected. By week 2 I was virtually pain free. I was prepared for a possible living hell but it was not to be. The surgery went well, follow up appointments went smoothly. I had been counseled on the pain, medication, what to expect, and how I should be taking medication. The first week I took medication regularly as ordered and did not need any additional medication. The second week I didn't need any narcotic medication, if I needed anything I took Tylenol. I was amazed that pain for such an extensive surgery was not an issue. I love the results from the breast reduction and I am very happy I decided to include the liposuction. The smaller size is perfect for me and the liposuction smoothed everything out! I am thrilled with the results. I am also amazed with everything that was done how minimal the scaring is. The scars around the areola and front of the breast are minimal and as I continue with recovery they become less and less noticeable. My only regret is that I didn't have this procedure sooner!!! Dr. Butler and his staff are amazing. His staff is friendly and very professional. They never hesitated to take or return my calls when I had questions or concerns both before and after surgery. "65 Year Old Woman Feels She Needs a Face Lift - At my first appointment with Dr. Butler he asked me why I was in his Office so I proceeded to tell him that I was avoiding mirrors as I felt they all made me look like I was 80 years old. Dr. Butler and I discussed a Face Lift and I said that my hairdresser had advised me against having my forehead lifted, Dr. Butler was open to that comment and didn't say he thought I should get that done. "33, 2 Kids, 5'3" 125lbs Going Bigger - Hello! Tommorow is the day I go to pick my size. I've very nervous and excited about choosing the right size. Had my first augmentation done 12 years ago, went from a barely 34A to a full 34C. 270cc filled to 300cc, saline. The looked great, but after so many years and nursing 2 kids they have shifted to the side a bit and now I'm only a full 34B. I'm 5'3" 125lbs, "fairly" in shape, size 2-4. I'm worried about going to small or too big. I have basically nothing to start with, PS says I'm about 90% implant now. I like a large natural look, would like to be a full D. Looking at Inspira 450, or 485cc. Maybe Mod. profile or just the regular silcone, not inspira. I have a wide BWD at about 14-14.5 which I think is wide for my size. I want more fullness at the top and to close the large gap up. When I lay down the implants are under my arms and I'm complelty flat. I have great side boob but thats it. I don't want to look fat either. Any advice on size picking a size??Updated on 23 Oct 2017:We went over sizes today and we decided on 500cc HP classic Silicone. I was looking at 450 or 485 so I'm panicking at the 500 number but he assured me it will be fine. I tried on sizers for 450 and they didn't look much different than my 300cc I have now. So we tired on 550cc and they were too big, so we are going middle of the road. Because they are to the side he will go in and cauterize the pockets to bring them closer together. Mine are very wide set so my goal is more cleavage and fuller upper pole. I asked about the Inspira but with the look I want which is a large natural look, the inspira maybe too full for that. I was involved in an accident in 2008 that required many surgeries and consults from many physicians. Dr Butler happened to be on my case . He did a great job and made a lasting impression on me .
