"I went for my consultation with Dr. Patterson for a mommy makeover. He did an amazing job at explaining what all is involved with the makeover, he explained the different procedures to include pros and cons. He even drew pictures to show how my body would be put pack together. He offered pictures of past procedures before and after. "Just a note of Thanks to Dr. Patterson and his staff. I am so thankful for everyone in his office for taking such good care of me. Dr. Patterson is one of the Best doctors in Pensacola. I decided back in 2010 to have breast implants put in due to nursing 3 children. Dr. Patterson is a perfectionist and I am thankful for that. Dr. Patterson also did a breast reduction for my daughter due to severe back pain and now the back pain is gone and we were able to get her off of pain medicine. May 2024 I had my implants removed due to having rheumatoid arthritis and severe back pain. As of now I am 3 days post opp and feel so much better. I wish I could remember everyone’s name in his office because they deserve Recognition for going above and beyond being helpful. "Dr. Leveque and her staff are incredibly talented and provide a level of service you would expect from a cosmetic surgeon. I had my breast implants removed that were originally done by a center in Destin with a breast lift. I have had almost zero pain, very very little bruising, and absolutely perfect looking incisions done by her very skilled hands. They look better than my past two implants. The staff are wonderful and communication couldn't be any better. The experience and the amazing skills of Dr Leveque will make this place the only place I would go or recommend to friends. "If you have ever considered nose filler... do it! But find the right injector too because the nose is a tricky area! The previous filler Dr. Butler done on the tip of my nose had lasted right around 2 years. So we touched that up and the bump. I have had 2 septoplasty surgeries and should have just done the rhino on the last one. I have lost cartlidge in the tip of my nose and it's slightly bumpy. The tip of my nose had become more noticeable over the years more than anything. While filler is a temporary fix till I do surgery... I'm extremely pleased! Thank you again."

"I just want to shoutout Dr. Leveque, Amanda, and Ginny. First of all— my experience here in the beginning stages of getting a breast augmentation with Dr. Leveque has been such a pleasant and professional experience so far. Amanda is seriously the kindest most genuine nurse, she’s had all the patience in the world with me. I’m so indecisive and especially when making such a huge decision like this I’m asking an annoying amount of questions and she and Dr. Leveque were so comforting and reassuring. Ginny was the sweetest and incredibly thorough in explaining what I am supposed to do and not do before surgery. She has the warmest personality and made me laugh when I was nervous and feeling unsure. "Dr. Patterson and the entire staff from the receptionists at the front desk, to the nurses, and surgery coordinators have been AMAZING at Gulf Coast Plastic Surgery! Everyone was wonderful with their affiliated surgical center as well! I experienced a saline breast implant rupture. The initial implant surgery was done 10+ years ago and performed by another surgeon who is no longer in the area. I was referred to Dr. Patterson by my previous surgeon. I was able to be seen quickly, have all my questions answered, and anxiety put at ease. My breast implant removal surgery and recovery have gone wonderful! "The staff and Dr. Patterson are up to date and knowledgeable in their practice. Being 70 years old, I most appreciated Dr. Patterson’s candor in his explanations to me as to what to expect on every level of a breast reduction/lift from pre-op to post-op. "I had my Abdominoplasty with Dr Butler on September 4. Surgical staff and Dr Butler were all wonderful. I felt very well taken care of and I felt like any concerns I had were met with care. Dr Butler is the utmost professional. For me, my recovery has been pretty smooth. I have not had any complications. I have followed the instructions I was given and seem to be right on track. "Loved having appointment at Gulf Coast Plastic Surgery. Dr. Patterson was very wonderful in explaining everything to me and answering any and all of the questions I had. He also told very very detailed information about all options available and any risks with it, which was mostly none. He was very professional and helpful. I had liposuction in mind for breast enlargement, but since I am very lean, Dr. Patterson suggested the implants for a better results. Although I was scared of implants due to the bad verbiage it has online, Dr. Patterson explained the myths and made me feel very comfortable and at ease. At the end of the appointment I have changed my mind and decided to get implants instead. Thanks to so much detailed information and feedback from Dr. Patterson. His staff was also very friendly and helpful. Overall my visit was great and I walked out relaxed and curtain about the upcoming procedure. Don’t read the internet on those procedures, it will scare you off, go to Dr. Patterson who will debunk all myths and tell you everything to make your mind at ease and your options open. "Had absolutely the best experience with Dr. Butler and his entire staff from consult to surgery follow-up. I have been thinking about a breast implant revision for about 10 years and have had my implants for 20 plus years. I’ve not been happy with the heaviness and neck and shoulder pain from the added weight of the implants. Dr. Butler was able to exchange to a significantly smaller implant while avoiding the need for a lift. I didn’t know if this was possible, but he was able to find the perfect implant size to accomplish this and I already feel a huge relief in my shoulders and neck. I also look very natural, which is something I could never say with my implants before. I’m thankful I found Dr. Butler and would recommend him to anyone considering an exchange."

"I went there for a consultation and I always believe in a second chance. My suggestion is that if someone has not done any type of skincare procedure or something like that, be willing to educate people and listen to them. It really seems as if someone is not ready to spend money on Botox or fillers yet then they are not priority. I was disappointed by that and did not have a very good first impression."

From day one (consultation) to Friday (6 week post op check) every single encounter has been wonderful. Dr. Butler and the office staff have gone above and beyond for me. He was knowledgeable and gave a very thorough explanation of the process. I had the surgery at North Florida surgery center in Pensacola. "Consultation review: breast reconstruction/reduction paired with tummy tuck - Being an 8 year Breast Cancer survivor I have been hesitant about doing anything to my breasts, however after taking my fitness journey to the next level I have done much research and have opted for Breast reconstuction/reduction paired with a tummy tuck. Dr. Leveques staff has been superb. Ginny has been amazing with scheduling as well as a few insurance hiccups. Dr. Leveque took time with me, giving me realistic expectation and taking the time to answer all of my questions including my ridiculous ones! My surgery is scheduled for the end of February and I am anxiously waiting to get this done. Will update post op!"

I cant say enough positive things from my initial consult to the post op care received weeks after the surgery. One important thing that Dr. Patterson shared with me in my consultation was the importance of allowing myself to heal. I knew this would be the most difficult part, but i listened to his advice and i am pleased with how my body has healed. "I lost my brother to cancer and lost alot of weight too. I was desperate to feel happy so I set out to improve my much thinner, tired, sad facial appearance. I had had fillers and botox in the past and since I was older and thinner, I agreed to more Botox than in the past. It turned out to be too much for my face, and my muscles relaxed to the point of almost sliding off my face! These kind people refunded the cost of the Botox promptly and offered to help make the outcome right, although it was solely the result of my choice. Here's my advice-If you've been through a traumatic event and/or have lost alot of weight, WAIT awhile before getting a cosmetic procedure. Believe me, the weight WILL come back and you will learn to be happy again. If you want to be happy in the meantime-go shoe shopping! On that note-I also got some filler that day and it was perfect! YES, I'll use this group again if they'll let me."

"Dr. Butler came in at almost midnight to hospital emergency to stitch up my grandson’s nose from a dog bite. He was very pleasant and good with my grandson. Did superb work. "As a 76 y/o man, I was reluctant to have a cosmetic surgical procedure. Nonetheless, I did my due diligence and decided that Dr. Leveque had the academic credentials and years of experience that enabled me to make a confident decision. Four weeks ago, September 3rd, Dr. Leveque performed a “neck lift” on me. I could not be happier! Her reassuring personal and professional care, as well as that of her staff, was 5 star plus! The procedure was painless and the recovery was painless. And the serendipity is that my wife thinks I’m handsome again! In early January, I went back for a follow up appointment. It was determined that I would benefit from a little “touch up” under my chin. Again, it was a simple professional and personal process and there was no additional charge! "I cannot say enough good things about this facility and it’s staff. I waited/wanted a breast augmentation for 15 years before I finally had the procedure. I researched a lot surgeons before picking GCPS. I am beyond impressed and happy with the entire process. The office is immaculately clean and the office staff are some of the sweetest women you will meet. They answered all of my questions- all 1 million, and they made the payment and scheduling process extremely easy. It’s like the after-surgery funk has lifted and I finally have the energy to share my journey with others. So here goes...Once I made the choice to do this, the next hardest part was determining how big to go. I really had no desire for people at work to think, “OMG, she definitely got new boobs!” Yet I did not want that to stop me from getting what I really wanted. In the end, I took a set of wish pics in to Dr. Leveque (from one of her own clients) with the caveat that while I liked the natural curves in the pictures, I wanted the size scaled down to match my 5-foot-tall frame. She measured me again and suggested I try out the 385 cc size to see how I felt with that as the largest option. "This was my gift to myself for turning the big 50 this year - I went for a consultation with Dr. Leveque in October 2019 and I had complete confidence in her from the beginning, she also knew I was on a timeline crunch before my first grand baby was due March 1, 2020. She not only scheduled me right on time, but she took a day off to do the surgery that she normally wouldn't have due to it being a normal family event for her family so I could be completely healed from start to finish so I could hold my new grand baby with ease and be completely healed from the tummy tuck.My grand baby was born at the end of February so it was perfect timing! She has made me feel at ease from the beginning. She is extremely professional and has answered any questions I have had even though I've asked some several times just for reassurance that I really understood her correctly. The entire staff have been super friendly and helpful. I am three months post op now from the original surgery and though my stomach is still swollen some, there is a HUGE difference. She said it could take up to a year for the final results.After a c-section and V-bac I knew I needed a tummy tuck and I've always hated my hips even at my smallest weight, they were always HUGE. I would say "they had their own zip code" they were so un-proportioned to my body and very unflattering. "Best Surgeon Ever!!! She is an artist and absolutely amazing on all levels!! - Hi all! I'm a 44 yo mom of 4 awesome kids (ages 8-13). I'm 5'10", 160lbs, and pretty active (3-4 times per week). I just had a full tummy tuck with hernia repair and serums removal, lipo of flans and a breast lift revision. My husband is reluctantly supportive, although I warmed him when I was pregnant with twins that I would need some repair work done afterwards!… I took them to full-term (7 lbs each) and although they look identical, they are fraternal and were in separate placentas so that was a lot of weight! Strangers would stop and ask if they could take a picture of my belly because it was so dry ginormous!! Anyway, fast forward to when they were 3 and I had multiple hernias, could not do a sit-up, had a protruding belly along with sagging breasts. My pre-baby breasts were a large B/small C and I got up to a FF while breastfeeding the twins! Eek! So in 2014 I found a local surgeon a friend had used and I didn't do much research…really wish I had. He did a breast lift and a mini tummy tuck with placation to repair my hernias. He breast lift left my nipples super high and my belly button was pulled down with the skin and just looked like a slit. He didn't put in drains so I developed some pockets of fluid (which I didn't know about)...he said it was swelling but they were there 3 years later - a big bulge on my rib cage and another just above the incision line. Anyway, he is no longer in practice around here...no one can find him. I got a letter from his practice saying he was gone abruptly and I've heard he left people a lot worse off than myself. Anyway, my hernias were still bothering me and my breasts did not look right at all, so I wanted to do it right this time. Dr Leveque was highly recommended even though I had to drive an hour and 15 minutes to her practice… It was worth every minute! She has far exceeded any expectations. She gave me honest opinions from a woman's point of view. She LISTENED to lol of my concerns! She took extra time explaining what could be done and what would give me the most natural look (I did not want implants because 1) I am athletic and very broad shouldered and I think they would make me look very large, and 2) I don't do well with any thing left inside me - my body tends to reject everything!). Dr Leveque impressed me from the beginning but surgery is still terrifying! But she was so reassuring...I feel like you can really trust her to do what she says. I'm 15 days pot op now. She said she found all kinds of craziness when she opened me up… He had left pockets and there were still hernias… She did a full tummy tuck and reposition my belly button, and she said my old bellybutton stalk was hanging on by a thread so she wasn't sure if it was going to survive -but it definitely has! Nothing short of a miracle if you ask me because he had it so pulled and stretched like a balloon! Dr Leveque's stitch work is gorgeous. My scar at 2 weeks look so low and thin...amazing! I'm very happy so far. My breasts were tricky to fix… One of the hardest fixes is lowering the areola she said… But I think she did an amazing job and I think it's a huge improvement. They are very much "me" and I'm thrilled that she listened to my requests while using her artistry to fix them. I will NEVER go anywhere else. I only wish I'd found her sooner!"

"I would not hesitate to have to have this full tummy tuck again because I got such amazing results. - The first impression of any office is the front office staff. They are all so thoughtful and accommodating. I first saw Dr Butler at an informational seminar and his staff scheduled me for a consultation within 2 days. I wanted a full tummy tuck. The consultation with Dr Butler was not rushed and he answered all my questions. He has a wonderful bedside manner and personality. I made my decision within the same week and got surgery scheduled within 3 weeks, which was to work around my schedule. Pain is a relative thing, individualized to each person but the pain I experienced wasn't nothing like I expected. By week 2 I was virtually pain free. I was prepared for a possible living hell but it was not to be. The surgery went well, follow up appointments went smoothly. I had been counseled on the pain, medication, what to expect, and how I should be taking medication. The first week I took medication regularly as ordered and did not need any additional medication. The second week I didn't need any narcotic medication, if I needed anything I took Tylenol. I was amazed that pain for such an extensive surgery was not an issue. My results are so amazing I look half the size I was before.Rule #1DO WHAT THE DOCTOR INSTRUCTS YOU TO DO, you half to lay around and do nothing as directed by the doctor. Rule #2 WEAR YOUR BINDER. "65 Year Old Woman Feels She Needs a Face Lift - At my first appointment with Dr. Butler he asked me why I was in his Office so I proceeded to tell him that I was avoiding mirrors as I felt they all made me look like I was 80 years old. Dr. Butler and I discussed a Face Lift and I said that my hairdresser had advised me against having my forehead lifted, Dr. Butler was open to that comment and didn't say he thought I should get that done. During our consult Dr. Butler explained what he would like to do to "enhance" my face, mentioning that he would like family and friends to just look at me and think "Kate has changed her hairstyle"! He then went on to explicitly explain the surgical procedure, after surgery care and follow ups at his Office. I have yet to tell him that the face lift he kindly did for me, had the effect he said he wanted. "Thrilled with this experience. - I had breast reduction and liposuction of the sides and hips. I am ABSOLUTELY thrilled with my results! I knew I was going to have breast reduction but during my consultation with Dr. Butler I also asked about including liposuction. "Amazing experience - don't go anywhere else - I had a tummy tuck, liposuction, breast lift and augmentation with Dr. Butler in November 2017. I had heard good things about him from friends getting reconstruction after breast cancer, and decided to interview him. I had interviewed two other plastic surgeons in my area before him, and done extensive research, so I walked in with an hour's long list of questions. He took the time to answer each and every one. Further, he addressed my concerns before I even brought them to his attention. Once surgery day came, and in those days following, I can't say enough great things about him and his staff. I spoke with a nurse the day of my F/u appointment, Tuesday , 2/14, and asked if I could take off my compression hose. She said yes and I did. My appointment went fine -- I got to change binders and that felt great. As the week progressed one of my thighs started feeling weird (sore, weak , tender, warm). It didn't HURT but just felt weird. After noticing this a couple of days I mentioned it to my mom on Friday 2/17 and she asked me to call my PS about it. I did and one of the nurses scheduled me for an ultrasound where they determined I have DVTs (blood clots) in my left thigh. I spent the night in the hospital (got lovenox injections and left the next day with a prescription for Xoralto). I followed up with my primary care doctor and will be on Xoralto for six months. "At Turning 65 I Felt It Was Time to Address the Bags Under my Eyes. - Pensacola, FL - I had bags under my eyes and it was time to do something about it. This procedure was done in Dr. Leveques' office with no discomfort. The stitches were removed after one week and within the next 3 or 4 days I was able to go about my business as by then what little bruising was left was easily covered with make-up. Although I was given a prescription for pain meds I felt very little need for them after the first couple of days. I was very pleased with how little discomfort there was and the end results. "I’m still in disbelief that I got a boob job - I was going to wait to start my review/blog whatnot but I'm having a bad boob day so here goes. This is going to be about a 2 year process for me as I am waiting until I'm done having kids before getting implants. I've always been small 32A-B and it didn't bother me until I had boobs when I was breast feeding my daughter. They. Were. Amazing. They were the perfect size and perky and I loved showing them off. Here's the thing... when you've never had cleavage and the only reason to wear a bra is to make it look like you have boobs and then you get some and have cleavage and popcorn falls between your boobs and they actually move when you go for a run its an amazing feeling. Anyways after I stopped breast feeding they went from glorious 32Ds to wimpy 32As. Granted they aren't saggy or pancakey or anything but there's so little tissue there that even push up bras only give me a little lift. My husband is in shape and his (small) pecs are the same size as my boobs. I've started mentally referring to my bras as my boobs because if I don't wear a bra I look like a boy. It's also mentally challenging when the majority of your bra size is located in the mother effing KIDS department! Seriously, I'm a grown woman who's had a baby and 12 year olds have bigger boobs than me. It's just tough waiting right now. I've always liked my body. Of course I'd change this or that but I've never hated anything until now. I hate my boobs. I really do. It's such a strange feeling and I feel for those who hate more than 1 body part. I have a countdown in my phone until I can hopefully get pregnant with #2 and then another for when I can hopefully get forever boobs. My plan is to get the consult when I'm close to being done breast feeding so I can show the dr exactly what I want then go back when I'm done so he/she knows what size to give me. If all goes according to plan I can have my dream boobs in 1000 days. Worth the wait!"

I am now a 56 year old woman with a perfectly flat stomach.Updated on 21 Apr 2015:The importance of a nicotine free body is essential for the healing process after a tummy tuck at any age. I was concerned about the length of the healing process at the age of 56 and assumed it would take me a little longer. I also thought the pain level would be unbearable. I suggest to anyone prior to surgery to look up the care of drainage tubes after surgery on UTube which I was terrified of until I saw a girl demonstrate the post op procedure. When I woke up from my abdominoplasty I was in a compression garment with a drainage tube on the left and right side of the incision. My post op pain level was surprisingly low which I think was contributed to the skill of the surgeon. It is very important to go into this type of surgery knowing that afterwards that the less you do the less swelling you will have and the speedier you recovery will be. Don't forget ice, ice and then more ice. It will become your best friend. You may want to prepare something to occupy the time such as reading a good book and getting some really good movies to watch for the first two weeks of healing. You will need help especially if you have small children. It's imperative to stay off your feet for the healing and swelling process. I've had a remarkable speedy recovery because I kept standing and walking at a minimum for those first two weeks . Prior to surgery make sure you have at home plenty of ice, ice packs or refreezable gel packs. After two weeks both my drainage tubes were out, not in the same day and my stitches were out. The third post op week I started doing a little more but not over doing it and still using ice. So far, my recovery has been quick and the swelling to a minimum. Expect a significant amount of swelling to go down in about 8 weeks and the residual to take up to a year. I'm 3 weeks post op and have 5 more weeks . The third week I've noticed a remarkable difference each day. Just have patience with your body. Before and after pictures will be following about mid May. Like they say, a picture speaks a thousand words.Updated on 16 Mar 2020:Still have flat tummy and it's never been flat. I was terrified. For one thing I had to hurdle no more nicotine. After surgery give yourself time for the swelling to go down.I thought the drainage tubes would be a nightmare so I had someone initially do it but after the second or third day I started doing it myself because it was not a big deal."

"I am in LOVE!! - Hello ladies, I am 27 years old, 5'2" and 125lbs. I am too getting a BA. I been reading this site for 3 days now and I am addicted! I love reading all of the reviews/stories about everyone. I think we are all in the same boat-- excited, anxious, determined and in love! Those are a lot of emotions :) but hey we are girls right!! (497cc under the muscle- Silicone) My PS knows I want to be a full C -Small D. We did the Vectra Imaging and that's what we came up with. I trust my doctor. I made it abundantly clear that I don't want to look like a stripper. I also found out that since I am not having MR, I no longer have to stay overnight in the hospital. I can decide in the recovery room what I want to do...so we will see. I will try to upload some pics soon."
